Apprenticeship summary

You will support managers and employees through a variety of tasks related to organisational and communication development. You will be required to communicate effectively via phone and email ensuring that all duties and tasks are completed accurately, to a high standard and in a timely manner. You will report to the Customer Success and Marketing Manager.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Answering and directing phone calls
  • Assisting with organising and scheduling meetings, appointments and events
  • Produce and distribute correspondence for staff and prospective clients
  • Performing targeted Market, company and profile research as required
  • Calling, updating and building contact lists for Marketing campaigns
  • Updating and maintaining our internal CRM system
  • Assisting staff with travel requirements and bookings
  • Assistance all Segura Marketing functions as required
  • Assistance with all Segura Sales qualification and follow up as required
  • Assistance with processing staff expenses
  • Managing and reordering office supplies and stationary as required
  • Proof reading and QA of company documentation
  • Provide general support to visitors
  • Assistance with Social media engagement
  • General PA support to the Management team and CEO


  • Previous work or administration experience
  • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritise work
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Good organisational and planning skills
  • Working knowledge of MS Office
  • Desire to progress

Apprenticeship Framework:Business and Administration
Weekly Wage: £13,260.00
Working Week: 37.5 hours per week (9am-5pm with 30min lunch break)
Apprenticeship duration: 18 months
Possible start date: 02-04-2018
Level: Intermediate Level Apprenticeship
