APPRENTICESHIPSUMMARY

Vectare is one of the fastest growing bus operators in the UK. Excellent customer service is our primary objective and in this role, you will gain exposure to all forms of customer service via email and telephone, whilst also gaining experience in live operations.

  • Build and maintain relationships with customers, and be the first point of contact for them, including schools and local authorities
  • Log and resolve live operational complaints and information requests from local bus passengers
  • Sit in meetings with managers and take minutes. including writing follow up action points
