APPRENTICESHIPSUMMARY
As an Engineering Apprentice you’ll attain base engineering skills including an EAL qualification with the Apprenticeship. Over a period of 4 years, this will be a mix of you attending college and working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment gaining practical experience. Key responsibilities will include:
- To work with Plant Engineers to provide a general maintenance engineering service to manufacturing & support areas.
- To work with Plant Engineers to provide planned and emergency maintenance support.
- Breakdown resolution.
- Fault finding.
- Planned and preventative maintenance for site utilities.
- To work with Plant Engineers to ensure that all engineering activities are carried out to the necessary standard complying with Safety, cGMP & company requirements.
- To punctually attend college and successfully complete allocated courses.
- To work with Module Technicians to gain experience within the value streams.
- To successfully complete the apprenticeship and embedded qualifications.
