This course aims to develop core management skills to drive better results. Subjects covered will develop your ability to lead, motivate and inspire, provide strategic leadershipchallenges as well as day-to-day management.


Modules include: Becoming an effective leader; Developing, leading and motivating teams to achieve organisational goals and objectives; Managing for efficiency and effectiveness.
