The Voice returns to Loughborough College

The Voice is set to return to Loughborough College, after the hit TV talent show took no fewer than seven students forward last year.

Following the show’s move from BBC to ITV, the live finals of the sixth series are currently airing on the channel with judges Tom Jones, Oscar-winning actress Jennifer Hudson, will.i.am and Gavin Rossdale.

Auditions at Loughborough College will see 26 young singers given the chance to compete in 2018 and become part of the global phenomenon which has an audience of 300 million in 180 countries.

Last year Public Services student Jimmy Gooch was joined by Performing Arts students Lucy Hooper, Katie Boyes and Kyara Chapman, Music students Lydia Mason and Chantelle Harvey and Events Management degree student Charlotte Yates in being selected by The Voice to take part in further audition rounds.

The Voice will be auditioning at Loughborough College on Wednesday 22 March
