T Levels are new courses coming in September 2021, which will follow GCSEs and will be equivalent to 3 A Levels. These 2-year courses have been developed in collaboration with employers so that the content meets the needs of industry and prepares learners for work. They will offer them a mixture of classroom learning and ‘on-the-job’ experience during an industry placement of at least 315 hours (approximately 45 days). See:

Some of our learners go on to start on internship, which is a fixed period of work experience, lasting between a week and 12 months, often taken at the end of a higher education course or as a year in industry in the 3rd year. See:
School Leaver Programmes are a scheme run by large employers for learners who have the qualifications to go to university, but would rather enter into the world of employment. They are typically in the financial, IT, accountancy, tourism and retail industries. A lot of the schemes are actually higher apprenticeships under a different name. See:
